JPXSwap is a non-custodial OTC (over-the-counter) broker facilitating digital asset, e-fund, and bill-payment requests. We do not operate as a custodial exchange and do not hold customer digital asset or e-fund balances on your behalf.

Digital asset, e-fund, and swap/convert requests are completed manually with a human agent through our official WhatsApp channel. Bill payments are intended to be processed directly through the platform under the Customer Portal.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use JPXSwap services. By using our services, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and that any funds or assets involved are lawfully obtained.

Rates displayed on the platform are set by JPXSwap and may be indicative or firm, as labelled. Indicative rates may change between the time they are displayed and the time your request is confirmed. Your final rate is always confirmed with you before a transaction is completed.

You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses, account details, and other information required to complete your request. JPXSwap is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you. You must not use JPXSwap for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity.

By initiating a digital asset, e-fund, or swap/convert request, you consent to being contacted through our official WhatsApp number to complete that request. You should only trust communication from our verified, published WhatsApp number.

JPXSwap will take reasonable care in processing your requests but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party networks or providers, or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulation. Continued use of JPXSwap after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be addressed through our support channels listed on our Contact page.
